Principal Vicky Bailey is assisting in establishing company objectives, policies and long-range goals. Ms. Bailey brings 20 years of energy and regulatory experience to BHMM including serving as President of PSI Enegy, and as a commissioner for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. She also served as Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy. |

Principal Gene McFadden, Phd. is an accomplished businessman and educator. His business career has included founding Freight Masters System, Inc, North American Public Communications, and Classic Commercial Supply. Prior to his business career, Dr. McFadden was an award-winning educator in Michigan. |

Vice President William Tracy has more than 30 years of energy industry experience with Citizens Gas, Citizens Thermal Energy, and Indianapolis Power & Light. Mr. Tracy has managed and directed operations in the electric, steam, chilled water and natural gas utility businesses. He is currently Senior Vice President of Operations for Citizens Gas & Coke Utility. |
