General Manager James Dillard

has 33 years district steam and chilled water experience with Citizens Thermal and Indianapolis Power & Light. Mr. Dillard is currently Assistant General Manager overseeing the daily operation of Citizens Thermal's district steam, cooling and facility management businesses.

Vice President William Tracy

has more than 41 years of energy industry experience with Citizens Energy Group, and Indianapolis Power & Light. Mr. Tracy has managed and directed operations in the electric, steam, chilled water and natural gas utility businesses. He is currently Senior Vice President of Operations for Citizens Energy Group.
